how do i unlock east L.A. with out beating the game

1. getting into buldings in player made parks only your own though here goes

Pick a buliding or something and put in anywhere in your park then switch to "tools" and find the one marked "sel" copy all around your buliding and drag it down twice bring the buliding up twice so it sits at the normal level then cut it out stick it back on and it should be a little glitchy the park will stick through it this is easy to fix too pick your "sel" thing again and cover the buliding with it and drag it down only so the floor stops sticking through it and you should have a buliding with a missing spot on one of the corners hop in there and climb into the buliding and there you go you cant skate while in the buliding or you'll end up on top

there it is something i found by accident enjoy people
