Press up on the directional pad to put away you weapons and them when you have no weapons in your hand go in the front of your enemy and press RB to take his weapon (need weapons slots)

If you go up to a solid object and press LT and A at the same time heaps you will get sucked into a wall. must be on high level or you will fall through the graphics so try it anywhere and see if it works

Reduce Damage When Falling:

If you tumble off of a ledge you will most likely not get hurt from the fall. Press the LB button to tumble.

Run Faster:
Press up on the directional pad to put away your weapons, you'll run much faster. At the very least you should switch to your pistol when covering large distances.
