Minis Tirith - With Heros

Take the hero Maur, and you can use his Blink and Teleport spells to get on the very top ring, and bring units up there and even build structures.

The defender won't be able to hit you either.

If ye are the dwarves, build small sections of walls, with at least 3 sections between hubs, behind your outer walls, then add catapults and arrow towers to them.

This is good because these catapults do NOT count towards your command limit, and they are easy to repair.

Defending Helm's Deep

1. Put archers and catapults (or giants etc.), fully upgraded at the very top of helm's deep. From there they will have extreme range, even better range than on top of the front gate.

2. Click on the front gate, and you'll see an option to add a secret gate, use this gate to send out troops to destroy catapults that are out of range of your siege weapons.
