I'm new to the Xbox Live. It seems like I have to shoot my oponents 4-5 times to kill them but 1 shot from some of them and I die. Is there some cheat to make your weapons more powerful while on Live? Also, I've heard there's a cheat to be able to see your oponents on your radar. True?

Easter Egg - Make the Commisar kill you.
On the first stage ''red army training'' after you get the weapons from the table, and the comissar will tell you to shoot the teddy bears. Instead, shoot the bottles and plates, if you shoot four of them, the commisar will get angry and kill you.
