to get money raised 10,000 dollers more type in on your controller: l black right x left then a nome should apperar play mode click on nome and select give money, this should boost up your money for more money keep selecting the nome.

to make some ones hous better when you have a decent amount of simoleons buy something worth it you will be poor if you get something good the quickly move out they will owe all you're simoleons back and once you move back in you will have the stuff you bought for them and you're simoleons (repeat)
