From the main menu, select "Game Modes -> Fight To The Top". Enter one of the following names at the driver information screen to activate the corresponding cheat.

Old Spice Fantasy track and all cars and drivers in all four divisions:
KeepCool = first name and SmellGreat = last name.

All Chase plates:
ItsAll = first name / ForMe = last name.

10 million fans:
AllBow = first name / ToMe = last name.

Level 10 Prestige:
Outaa = first name / MyWay = last name.

$10 million:
GiveMe = first name / More = last name.
