To get past the Racor in the Sewers, go to the pile of corpses. Get the items out, then press x for give items. Place a frag grenade inside, then 1 of 3 bottles of Odor, it has a longer name, but I can't remember it, but it's Something Odor. The Racor wil eat the grenade.
