K, so on the san deigo race "rev limit", after you jump the train on the ramp, you should see a red viper with no stripes turn into the street you are on. He turns out of it in a little bit, but you might see him later on in the race. If he's ahead of you, dont worry, because hes not officialy in the race, he just likes to have fun like everyone else, right?
