Guide into building:The Jaccuzi Job.
If your having trouble with this level do this:
go to the last room silently and move back a bit and shoot the window of your choice.The lady in there will get up and go alert the guards.When she comes back, wait until she sits down and get your Silent Ballers and shoot her in the back.She will look funny and the guard will think she's being silly.When the guard comes in to see if she's alright,he might find her being seriously dead.He will have a look at her and walk to her and neel down to see if she dead whenhe looks at her shoot him with your Ballers(silent).then shoot all the windows and proseed in the building.I chose this way because only one guard will find one dead lady and its funny.

Hold any gun with one hand.
on the mission 'invitation to a party' when you
have the brief case drop then take out any gun that you normally would hold with 2 hands then holster it then pick up the brief case and you will be able to hold the gun with 1 hand (the cheat doesn't work with uzis and smgs).
