Defeating Jackals:the best way to probaly beat a jackal is to melee attack them with an AR or with any plasma weapon. You can also shoot them with any plasma weapons. Grenades are also very affective.

no enemies on level five

select co operative mode on assualt on the control room and go to the first bridge. as soon as you walk through the door look to the left and jump off the bridge you should land on a ledge which goes down a bit DO NOT JUMP OFF THE EDGE!!! make sure you have your partner with you aswell make your partner jump off the edge and fall to his/her doom. when player 2 is waiting to re spawn jump down with him MAKE SURE YOU LAND ON THE SLOPE player 1 should fall to his doom if done correctly your teamate will re spawn on the slope now make your way across the ledge until you see a rock make 1 skilled player jump and LAND ON THE SIDE OF THE ROCK IF successful you will survive the fall now there will be no enemies for the rest of the level have fun!

When playing multiplayer corroborative, to beat the last level the "MAW", when you get to the part where you through gernades into the 4 reactors, have one player stand outside of that entire room and the other can do all the gernade and fighting. The trick you ask? The only things you'll fight is the little pod floods. It works on all the dificulty's.

to deafeat flood quickly, stand still. This difficult monouvre takes practice but once mastered Flood without weapons won't attack you (on easy anyway) and even if they have seen you they won't attack you. Punching and shooting does not count as moving.

On the level "Assault on the control room" You can drive your tank half-way up the the snowy wall and use your tank and the bolders to jump up onto the ledge.(in the part with the covenant-tank on the ledge, just before you go down into the tunnel)Anyway, once you are on the ledge with the enemy tank you will be able to see a tree that is not attached to the ground.
