There is so many people asking for that topless cheat . Well I'm not sure but you start a new game (don't delete your game) as anyone and go to the beaches where no one is around .Keep doing it til the end .Oh yeah you'll have to beat the game in 13 min and if it says 00:13 or lower. pick any girl and (make sure the wareing a 2 pice) go to the swimsuit menu and select a suit and press Y and the "W" might change to a "T" for topless . I'm not sure but try it if not I just wast 13 min of your time .

To keep girls from trashing swimsuits give disired suit to girl at night in the hotel.
Select make gift give desired suit to girl.
Then select quit game. save and quit .start file up again and presto she will keep it.
