Beat Hard Mode without losing a single life to unlock BJ5 Extra Mode. This is more difficult than Hard Mode.
In Job 7, Getting Trashed, on stages 3 & 4, collect all trash and return it to the ship except for one piece. Carefully leave the last piece just outside the shuttle bay doors and then commit suicide by running out of air or crashing into the planet.
When you come back you should be able to pull in the last piece in less than 5 seconds getting a sweet time bonus.
You should get 20,000 plus for stage 3 and about 100,000 for stage 4. This is a waste of time for stages 1 & 2 (not enough reward), unless you manage to get the perfect bonus instead for them.
If you cat falls to under 11 pounds you will gainthe Step-In Slice ability.
If you have a save from No More Heroes (1), the masks you won in the first game are displayed on the wall of your apartment.
Get your cat's weight down to under 11 pounds and you obtain the "Memory of Demon" ability from No More Heroes. To perform the technique, shake the nunchuck and you will do a damaging slash attack. This consumes more beam katana energy than a regular attack.
Right before Travis bites the big one, shake both the Wii-mote & the nunchuck to get him back on his feet for one for one more round.

After beating the game, you can start a new game with all your items and equipment from your previous game.
