there are no actual cheats known yet but you can get an extra 50,000 ryo if you have saved data from clash of ninja 3 and the only characters that are hard to get are the 4th hokage-get hokage rank on all the missions for eveyone and anbu kakashi-complete 20% of all missions and 40% of kakashi's missions then play his S class mission beat it (first time it should be guy sensei) then beat it again second time it should be anbu kakashi now go buy him from the shop
