on wii bowling training were the pin number increases to get the 91 pins u have to through the ball on the gutter and make sure it stays on the gutter then when it gets to the end u hear a click and an earthquake will start and all the pins will fall down

To get an optional bowling ball, when the wiimote jacket warning appears, push A then hold down the particular arrow until the bowling game beggins. (you can do this with multiplayers too, just hold down a different arrow key on each wiimote, you can have more than 1 player with the same ball)

When youre competing with 4 total people in bowling swing your wrist 3 times in a clockwise position before holding "B" to toss the ball. While releasing "B" spin in a circle with your Wii remote extended fully in the air, when completing the circle, throw the Wii remote toward the ground and you will get a strike everytime.... hope this helps :)
