how do make it so the fish ppl don't get on???

I am stuck on the dutchman trying to keep the fish people off of will. i have done all the blocking wtih z, and it works on the other characters, but not on the hammerhead shark guys...well, it will work on one or two (sometimes), but the third it just stops us both in our tracks and if I let him go for just a second, he runs through me and kills Will.

first just keep hiting her near the pot a i stage your guy will kick her into the pot then jack drops a coconut on her head then she gets up and runs off you fight some other people then she comes back and do the same thing another 2 time
