I need help! I'm in Forest Temple and have dropped the bomb on that flower... I need to apparently grab a 'nearby spider bomb' to destroy some boulder to get to a hidden door but there's no nearby spider bomb! I've tried to jump the gap holding the nearest bomb but I always end up throwing the stupid thing! What do I do? Please help me I love the game and am getting frustrated!

This is known as "Everlasting Life"

Okay, first you must absolutely deplete your HP until you you only have half a heart in your entire life span. Next you must go to either the Goron Hot Spring or the Kakariko Hot Spring and stand a the very edge of the water so your not in it, but next to it. Okay, now place a bomb next to you, but make sure it doesn't roll into the water. If done correctly, you'll lose all of your HP, but you'll land into the water and your HP will restore and you won't die! ^__^

This can be done as many times as disired!!!

Press and hold A+B then press Down, up, up, left, down, left, Z, up, right, C

Then w8 about 40 secs and you should have 2 extra hearts.

Spring Water:
You'll notice that where the springwater shop is in Castle Town that the owner's son is crying. It's because the bridge is out. Go to the Gerudo Mesa. A monolith will stand out. That's the bridge. Talk to Midna about it and warp it to Castle Town. Go back there to find that Junior's still whining.

Talk to the old Goron outside Malo Mart in Kakariko Village. He'll give you a barrel of hot springwater. You'll start in Hyrule Field and have to run the water to him. The best way to get there is along the cliff. The spinning plants don't go there. If you run into a bokoblin archer, just dodge his arrows. He has really bad aim. There are a few catches to this mission

1. Don't get hit by any enemies or you'll drop the barrel and have to start over.

2. Don't let any enemies touch the barrel. They'll just break it and you'll have to start over.

3. Do not put the barrel down in the water in the field. It'll cool right away and again, you'll have to start over.

If you get to the bridge and avoid these problems then good for you. He'll tell you to throw it on him. Z-target him and throw the barrel. He'll get all excited and roll off to get some springwater. He'll bring back a Piece of Heart with him.

Frog Fishing Lure:
To unlock the Frog Fishing Lure for the Fishing Hole, you must beat all eight levels of Roal Goal, a game found in the owner's establishment. To play it, simply look at it in first person using the C button.

The game requires 5 rupees a play and you win 10 rupees for each round, and the frog lure for the eighth. (If you run short before you manage to get the lure, mowing the tall grass just outside (still in the fishing hole area) offers around 60 rupees.)

Lure description: The must-have lure for bass.

when u go to "Hena's Fishing Hole",(located at the upper zora river), go into the building there and go into first person mode by pressing the c button on WII or the c^ button on GAMECUBE, and look at the first picture from the left and it will be the fisherman from Ocarina of Time. She will then tell u that he caught the hylian loach(which is availble to catch in Ocarina of Time.
