Luna Lovegood's Belongings
Here are where you can find Luna Lovegood's Belongings.

1.In the Library on the table.

2.In the Entrance Courtyard. Use Wingardium Leviosa on the broom and sweep the leaves on the right side of the courtyard. You will find some Hogwarts symbols in each corner as well.

3.In the Clock Tower Courtyard directly in front of the Fountain.

4.In the Viaduct Entrance in front on the bookcase next to the stuttering portrait.

5.In the Great hall on the table.

Defeating Voldemort
When playing as Dumbledore fighting against Voldemort, do not try casting Levicorpus or Petrificus Totalus as they do not work against him. When Voldemort is on the platform the first time, you can only hurt him when he unleashes his stored power at you. Use Protego to deflect his magical blast.

Finding Luna's belongings
One of her items is in the Viaduct entrance next to the bookshelf and the stuttering portrait. Another one is located in the Courtyard before the covered bridge directly in front of the fountain.

Flying Creatures
The following flying creatures must be found for the Room of Rewards.

Seagulls can be found at the boathouse.

Crows are at the Stone Circle.

Pixies are in a desk in the Defense Against the Dark Arts room.

Doves are at the bridge at the Viaduct.

Bats are below the Stone Bridge. Go to the Stone Bridge and light all the torches with Incendio. Then, climb down the pipe shown and maneuver your way to the bottom. You will discover the bats.

Herbology discoveries
In the Herbology classroom, walk into the room with four flower pots on a table. You will see a bucket hanging on the ceiling above the dancing water can. Wingardium Leviosa the bucket and let it hover over each of the pots. It will pour dirt into them. Then Wingardium Leviosa the water can. Hover it over each dirt-filled pot until it spews water on them. Spikey-plants will grow. You will receive Discovery Points. Then, go to the entrance of the Herbology room. Walk forward into the dead-end hallway directly in front of the door in the classroom. You will see a rope hanging up in a corner. Use Accio. It will air out the room and give you Discovery Points.

House Ghosts
To reveal the House Ghosts needed for the Room of Rewards, find the fallen portraits throughout the Hogwarts corridors. Use Wingardium Leviosa to hang them back up on the wall. The Bloody Baron's portrait is in the Dungeons. The Grey Lady's portrait is near the library on the second floor. The Fat Friar's portrait is on the first floor near the exit to the Stone Bridge.

Howlers
When you ascend or descend the steep, narrow staircase that connects the Dungeons to the Viaduct Entrance, you can hear howlers being played.

Talking Gargoyles
To find the five Talking Gargoyles for Dean, look in the following areas.

In the courtyard where Dean is standing.

The spiral staircase when you walk up to DADA.

In the Viaduct.

The fourth floor outside in the balcony.

In the Paved Courtyard.. You must repair the broken staircase in the corner. It is at the end of the balcony in the corner.

Tidying Up Hogwarts
Go to the Entrance Hall. Go in the small custodian room to the left of the large exit doors. Wingardium Leviosa the mop and hover it over each of the four odd tiles by the golden statue. It will clean them. You will get Discovery Points, and Hermione will talk, giving you a 100% on the Marauder's Map. Then, go to the Viaduct Entrance. Wingardium Leviosa the mop near the dungeon stairs and clean the odd tiles by the large staircase. You will get Discovery Points.

Trophies in the Room of Rewards
Perform the following tasks to unlock new trophies in the Room of Rewards:

Any time you see any object begin to light up, cast spells until you find the correct one, then do it again on the others. If you see a student light up, then hold R1 and cast a dueling spell.

you can get the password for the slytherin portrait by putting on your invisiability cloak and going down into the dungeon corridor, two students will say the password, for the newspaper go into the greathall and go to dumbledore's book stand and hit it with a couple of spells such as accio and depulso, incendio and wingardium and many things will happen to include owls bringing mail and dropping a newspaper.

to compete homework for herbology talk to neville in the library and then look at the book on his dresser in the dorms, for snape, go to the back of the library in the restricted section on the left and you'll find the book, for flitwick the book is already checked out from the library, a girl in the great hall near the fire place is reading it, talk to her and your done :)

Sorry, I forgot to answer a question. For #9, The Gargoyles are in the Transfiguration Courtyard, on the stairs leading to Defence Against the Dark Arts, in the place where Colin is trying to get his camera, the bridge separating the Viduct Enterance (by the Dungeons) and the Enterance Coutyard, and on the fourth floor, right by the potrait leading to the seventh floor there's a side ledge. He's on that. And to get the food to the top, you have to A, be quick, and B, levitate it behind rocks.

I read somewhere else that you can access the Huffulpuff and Ravenclaw common rooms by asking a student, but where are they? Also, I can't find the Daily Prophet for the Library portrait and can't find the right Slytherin student to ask what the password is for the prtrait in the Dungeons. Help please!:(

Just a couple of answers, first, look at the other comments, second, for Snape's miniquest, it's in the back of the resticted section on the left (the only book on the shelf). 3rd, for post twelve, try going to the room of requirement and talking to the members to learn spells. 4th, for #7, you don't put the cogs on the ledge, you put them on the oppisite side of the clock. 5th, for #4, levitate a table to near the book and climb up.
