Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (playstation3) 2008-08-03 (Guest - Register) jdog To make an enchantment on a ring or armor permanent you must first use the duplicate item cheat on a ring. once you do that you then must put 1 ring on and leave the other ring off. Once you do this use the duplicate item on the ring that is unequiped.NOTE: once you do this the enchantment will never come off so dont do it on a ring such as nighteye or waterwalking unless you want to mess up your account.
