Once you and the other person agree on that game , your phone list will come and you can pick any one from your phone list you want. After the game save then when you play 1 player 24/7 then play a 2 on 2 , the check will still be on the person you selected during the multiplayer game and doesn't matter whether they accept your invite or not.
