1. Civilization 3 (pc) 2007-06-18 (Guest - Register) Hayley When your in battle you should attack their cities once you have gotten a city, check on them and demand their maps, gold, and workers. ( If the workers are on the list) If they give you the things you want ask for a city if they are desperate then they will give it to you! Then after you have declared peace build up your army and then declare war! It works for me!
