1. Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle Earth II (xbox360) 2006-07-25 (Guest - Register) gloin Defending Helm's Deep 1. Put archers and catapults (or giants etc.), fully upgraded at the very top of helm's deep. From there they will have extreme range, even better range than on top of the front gate. 2. Click on the front gate, and you'll see an option to add a secret gate, use this gate to send out troops to destroy catapults that are out of range of your siege weapons.
