i cant tell you where ALL the upgrades are but i can tell you where the armor is.

Head Upgrade: Crystal Snail's Level
go through the level until near the end where a giant pit is. wall slide down the pit on the left side to find an opening. go through and the capsule is there.

Buster Upgrade: Wheel Gator's Level
its near the beggining. go through until you find a pit that goes 2 ways. Up and Down. the part is upward. however you need the leg upgrade to reach since you need to Air Dash to get to the opening.

Leg Upgrade: Overdrive Ostrich's Level
go through the level [about 75%] and you will go into an airport lookin part of the stage. you will reach a thin wall that has strange blocks. you need to break that wall with Wheel Gators Weapon.

Body Upgrade: Morph Moth's Level
Once again you need Wheel Gator's Weapon for this.[So i suggest you take him down first before any other bosses so you can get the armor easier and earlier]go through the level until you reach the part at the beginning that has the magnet ceiling. when you go through you will reach a part where you have to jump.[not any small ledge. its the biggest ledge on that part] use Gator's WEP. right there and the floor will break away just go down and the body will be there.
