I found a secret move with spinal, you press forward and y to do your flaming shield then you quickly press any button other than l&r and down along with it(you are still doing the flaming shiel when you press this, if you do it right you will change into you enemy and proform a combo

Here is an easier way to do cinder's ultra. You press forward(2),y forward(2)again but the second time press x. This will do a 20 to 22 hit combo.

Spinal Ultra Combo: when your oponent´s life is blinking (red) do any spinal combo, in the middle of the combo press; down, forward, fierce punch this combo can result on different amount of hits...but it always will be ultra
