Alright, the Fields of dispair can be accessed if you go back to the Dreadmaul Compound,
there'll be a door in there that you couldn't get through before that is now open,
there will be few monsters if you killed all you saw the first run, but still some toward the door.
And the mercenary character type takes care of them pretty well I'd say ;D

ok uhm in Chapter 2 that lady from out post hope wants you to go to thefields of despai after you blow up that tower talk to the merchant azran, nani dae, and that one officer guy and that lady, where the HELL is the field of despair???

For this cheat you must have 2 players in adhoc mode. Start a co-op campaign. One player (person with the highest level [more overall value in gold]) must join the game after the player receiving items/gold makes and hosts the game. Have the higher level player drop all her items and leave the game. The other player can then pick up those items and sell them for gold or use them depending on her level and class. The higher level player can then reload her saved game and have all of her inventory present. Note: The hosted player cannot leave game or the game will end for both players and whatever items are on the ground will disappear.
