From the main menu, press and hold L, then select "Option".
Unlock Marionette
From the character selection screen, in arcade mode, select "?", then press Start(7), followed by a Punch or Kick.

From the character selection screen, in arcade mode, select Bishamon, then press and hold Start, followed by a Punch or Kick.
Unlock Shadow
From the character selection screen, in arcade mode, select "?", then press Start(5), followed by a Punch or Kick.
Unlock Intro Sequences and Art Gallery
Finish the game with 100%.
