If your trying to be able to get into that secret base place, you have to complete the quests at the milk dairy place, then something comes out of the floor and the man tells you his friend works there and he can get you in.

Help ME!!!!... this is for you!

Once you get to Dr. Newlow's house you have to talk to him, then he'll ask you to sell him 5 secrets. He likes supernatural stuff. Once you do that, he'll tell you a secret. You have to have a mechanical score of 2 to open the secret door ( it looks like a book case). Then talk to the "secret" behind the desk. Hope this helps!!!
