nvm about that storm eagle thing. oh i have some info on the "Ultimate Weapon" the Hadoken Fireball upgrade. im gonna tell you how to get it and an easy way to use it.
to get the fireball you need....EVERYTHING! all Heart tanks all armor parts and all subtanks as well as needing all bosses defeated [except the sigma castle ones] to get their weapons. once that is cleared go to armored armadillos stage. and get through the entire stage unharmed [I suggesting using the charged up rolling shield with that on its synch getting the upgrade just make sure not to hit the big enemies. like those flamingo lookin things or those giant mechs. storm tornado or firewave will take them out easily.] WARNING: A DEATH DOES COUNT AGAINST YOU SO DONT DIE!!! HEALING YOURSELF AFTER YOUR HIT WONT HELP CAUSE YOU HAVE TO HAVE PERFECT HEALTH AT ALL TIMES OR THIS WONT WORK AND THE CAPSULE WONT APPEAR when you get to the part where the cart is in the air over the enormus hole, when you see the cart starting to go downwards dashjump immediately!!!!! the capsule will be on a ledge. if you get hit the capsule wont be there but a health powerup will be. when you want to use the fireball press DOWN-DOWN+FORWARD-FORWARD+ATTACK BUTTON. or if you wanna do it easier do it the way i do. press back down and forward along with the attack button in perfect synchronization to release the fireball easier the hadoken kills ANY boss in one hit including sigma and his final form however you need full health to release it or it wont work so be sure to have ur sub tanks handy! i classified this as an easter egg because hadoken [for all of you capcom fans like myself] is a move ryu and ken uses from streetfighter so technically its an easter egg and a pretty darn good one!

The Subtanks
The four sub-tanks (E-tanks from Mega Man) are vital to surviving Sigma's Castle.

Once you get a sub-tank, you refill it by picking up life energy when X's life is maximum. Armored Armadillo's shield, powered up by the upgraded X-Buster, is best for this (use on small enemies).

Storm Eagle ... Go to the area with fire turrets and go past them to the left to find Sub Tank.

Spark Mandrill ... Go down the first ladder and keep going forward until you hit a wall. Use the Boomer-Kuwanger's boomerang to get Sub Tank.

Armored Armadillo ... Wait for the first Spike Tank to pass you and enter the room that it was once in to find Sub Tank.

Flame Mammoth ... When you are inside the room with the Heart Tank go to the top and Dash off the left side. Then you will be in an area where you need to hit the ceiling with your helmet upgrade to find Sub Tank.
