if you want to change your clothes you have to unlock outfits and you get kicked out of the army.you will move in with phil cassidy and and then you have to unlock some more outfits.go inside phil's and walk into the clothes icon and change clothes.

thanks 4 the spiderman thing ill have 2 try it, and to all of you, ...... i dont think u can fly inything in this game. icant even steal a helicopter(yes i got to 5 star with cheats for tank, up, l, down, r, left l, right , r)if someone figures out how to make a helicopter appear cheat, POST IT!!!

if you want an atv you have to make sure that there is a "L" on your map.the first mission for that is an atv race.you have to win and then go to sunshine autos.there should be a little lock there.if you have three thousand dollars you should be able to by a atv.
