if u want helicopters or boats u have to unlock the second island and then there will be helicopters at th epolice station and airport and throught the city sometimes and the only plane u can get is the bi-plane and its at the first city airport when u unlock the secod island

i posted the outfit info and the atv info.if u want to fly get the second city then u will get helicopters there,but u can get a bi-plane in the air-port along with a helicopter which i sin the first city when u get the second city.plus u get boats in both citys when u unlock the second so good luck!ill b back with more soon
