If you use the cars drive on water cheat you can go to the 3rd island and drive off the west side (if you flip over use the health cheat and stop pressing the gas and then steer the oppisite way. It sould flip you over). Then drive along the island north until you see a big spot with nothing in it. at that point you can do 1 of 2 glitches #1 you can drive directly into the cliff and you should drive through it and if you drive into one of the blank spots it will teleport you to different places or you can drive into the blank spot outside of the cliff and you will start floating up (while floating use the analog stickto go face up or down by moving the analog stick left or right)onto a small body of floatong water.(you can go thrugh the wall there too)

When inside a car or on a bike, enter the car or get on the bike, enable the code, then press Triangle to exit the car or bike. Your controls will not be locked. You can also reenter the same car and repeat it as many times as desired.

Faster gameplay
While playing the game, press R(2), L, R(2), L, Down, X. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.
