Below is an extensive list of all of the medals you can earn in the game. Next to the name of each medal is a brief description on how that medal can be earned.
To attempt this, you must have at least three-hundred Medal Points (since this isn't actually a true "unlimited ammo" cheat). When you do, press Start and head to the Rewards menu. From there, head to "Weapon Select" and choose from the weapons available. This will allow you to choose any weapon with full ammunition once selected. Then, all you have to do is go back and forth to this menu, selecting and deselecting the same weapon to constantly refill your ammunition.
To unlock a difficulty harder than Hard Mode (called "Crushing"), you must complete the entire game, all chapters, on Hard Mode without once changing the difficulty level. If you do this successfully, you should be able to select Crushing difficulty during your next playthrough.
To unlock secret videos embedded in the Making a Cutscene section of the game, insert the following codes:
Video for Grave Robbing - Left, R2, Right, Up, L2, Triangle, Square, Down
Video for Time's Up - L1, Right, Square, Down, Left, Triangle, R1, Up
To unlock a baseball jersey for Drake to wear, head to the Costume section of the game and insert the following code: Left, Right, Down, Up, Triangle, R1, L1, Square.
To unlock secrets embedded in the Concept Art, head to the Rewards section of the game and insert the following codes:
