Location: Moultrie Ga | Just a little hint, MOST of the elite kings are easier than the race days that you have go through in order to get to them. my best bet is that if you are struggling to get to an elite king OR all of them, enter the unlock all things code and (upgrading your car is optional) go challenge them. GOOD LUCK

ineedcheats | in code menu type in UNLOCKALLTHINGS , this unlocks everything including all races, after entering this code go to continue career and go into garage and there will be a nissan 240sx, pontiac gto, cobalt ss and viper srt10 in your cars list. if you sell each of 4 cars it will ad up to over $90,000. do this as much as you want!!
