I was just promoted to level 55 but i didnt unlock prestige mode...how come everyone says you unlock once you're promoted to level 55? how come i didnt unlock it???????? please answer asap :)

go to the crash map and jump on the plane and jump to the buliding that has the fence around it and u should jump to it
