socom is a vey fun and exciting game to play you have to be very strategic to be able to beat it ive beetnt many times i see some people need help beeting level one at the stchel charge part you point at the wall with your cosshairs which is also your gun and you click the square button and clikc on bravo and click on doploy and finally you click satchel charge wait 5 seconds and then your done

put team on fire at will in mission 12 then run to what i think is the SW corner of the map, then run along the busted up building and you should be on the outside part of the town against the building that the first guy is in. shoot the dude on the steps, jump the wall and run up there, the dude runs right in front of the door kill him. then turn and run and go to the right of the buildings on your right, run down the little alley way all the way to the end, go left and thats the building the other leader is in. run in the busted hold in the side facing you and stay to the right, go to the end of the hall take a left go up the ladder and then up the ramp and the other leader is on the top level kill him and hold on till the end, but rush the mission run full speed dont give people any time to spawn and find you. just run and blast on the move only, keep your team alive but dont stop for them. run full speed in mission 12. i have beat it all 8 times and still can by rushing it

Yes,can someone please tell me how to get pass mission 12 on level 2 in socom 1? I've beat socom 2 & 3 on all levels but can't get pass this particular mission in socom 1.

Somtimes if you are close to a wall and you aim at a guy you might hit the wall whene your crosshair is on a guy.

Unlock Level Select
Beat the game on Lieutenant JG difficulty to unlock level select.
Unlimited ammunition:
When playing the game, press R3 and you will reload your gun. You will not lose a magazine as when you auto reload.
Difficulty - Unlock:
Ensign - Terrorist weapons in SP
Ensign - Lieutenant JG difficulty
Lieutenant - JG Level Select
Lieutenant - JG Lieutenant difficulty
Lieutenant - Multiple Grenade Launcher
Lieutenant - Lieutenant Commander difficulty
Lieutenant - Commander Commander difficulty
Commander - Captain difficulty
Captain Rear - Admiral difficulty

Head-Set Commands:
"Bravo open/close door"
Say while pointing at a door with your crosshair.
"Breech, Bang, Clear"
Say while pointing at an open door with your crosshair.
"Hands up, get down"
Sneak up behind a guard and say this.
"Team low profile"
Puts the team sneak mode.
"Bravo diffuse bomb"
Say while pointing at a bomb with your crosshair.
"Bravo, Snipe"
Bravo team will snipe all Tangos in view.
Mission 2:
At the beginning, tell your men to hold their position and go to the right, up the hill. Stay to the left side of the hill while ascending it. You will see an enemy fairly soon in the mission. Quietly and carefully snipe him. There will be another one very shortly after the one you just killed. Continue on the cliff and you will reach a drop off to another cliff. Jump down. Walk slowly to the edge or close to it until you can see the small cabin. Snipe the man standing outside quickly with one or two shots. Then, tell your men to regroup after you jump down from the cliff and go to the cabin. There will be one or two men inside -- kill them quickly. Keep moving north -- that is where all the action is located. Objective 1: You will find the Intel in the big place with the bridge-type object on the third floor. It is in the laptop. Objective 2: The weapon caches are the boxes stacked on top of each other. Put C4 on those and that will do the job. Objective 3: As one of the secondary objectives, blow up the generator with C4 as well.
