To do this you have to surround him and then attack him as he runs for northern Japan.

when you first go against the type 3 he will automatically hit you with a C.C. attack (close courter of close counter). The battle will end and wei will say something like "what the heck" after that battle dont get into battle with him, he will pummle you so just follow him and save your energy. when he reaches the boarder, there will be two light AFV's, attack diagonally so your at medium range and they will go quick. And again dont attack the type 3 because he will waist you in no time. (you get another chance to release your revenge on him for what he did)
