For owner mode. To build a successful stadium is revenue! the more revenue you have at the begning the more money you shall get back in the future. When you start your owner mode do a fantasy draft and manager staff draft. TURN OFF: injuries,suspensions,trade deadline,cpu initiated trades,finacial advisor,rained out games,energy level effect,team chemistry effect. find you a team that you want to be on then,click auto finsh for both drafts. when done, fix your field how you want it. Then edit your roster till where your team is the best time in the league! Next go to owner's box and buy consesion stands, store venues, and ballpark attractions. Still have some money left over for promational days!(MAKE SURE YOU DON'T PICK THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN) simulate the season. when finish simualting, when you make it to the playoffs. raise your ticket prices a little because people want to see your team play more often. simulate each series. when done with the season your revenue should be at green.during the off season. if someone wants to much money just get rid of them and replace him with someone sorry and edit that person(like someone in the minors). keep doing this for each season, you should gradually grow in revenue. you will end up with the best park!
