to get past the sacrifice, you have to pick up the handle in the sacrifice room and use it on the crank, rotate the crank and a soldier should drop down in a cage, take him up to the sacrifice room (monsters wil try to attack you so take the cage to a rock to keep it from sliding back) then put him on a platform, the burners should rotate to to where they are facing him, pull the lever to burn the sacrifice

to get past that you have to take the big statues and put them on top of eachother and then slide them over to the gazebo thing so you can jump from there to the statues and then from there to the vines. just drop the statues on top of eachother from the ledge.
look im having trouble getting past the poseidons sacrifice. the whole riddle thing i dont get it. but everything else before that ive gotten no problem i just need a little help with this part. thx!!

I must say that the Infinite Orb cheat really works. It took me a few tries, but I got it to work. That harpy was really starting to get on my nerves. lol I recommend everyone trying this cheat out at least once.
Hey, KRATOS addicts!! Yeah you. Come check out the GoW2 page. I posted my comments and thoughts on the game that I can barely wait 2 more days for, much less the 5 days I have to wait.
Here's a quick Easter Egg for you... In KRATOS's throne room at the end of the game, bust the statues of ARES and the MINOTOUR once you've destroyed both (easiest way is to change up back and forth with L1 jumping attacks), an EASTER EGG- litteraly- will fall out of which ever one was the second one you broke. It will have a screwed up looking number but you really just read it left to right. Call the number for a funny answering machine message starring KRATOS and the games main designer and head honcho, DAVID JAFFE. YaY!! You found the second secret message. That's right, second. What happened to the first? Well, I have no idea how to get the first except if you want to cheat. But, that's why you're here. So go to www.cheatcc.com, choose PS2 as your platform, and select "g" for your letter search. Scroll down 'till you find GoW (God of War), and click on it Scroll down the screen and go straight past FAQ guide, or walk-through, or whatever. Just keep scrolling through the cheats until you get to te one that says "Secret Message 1" in bold letters. This message is gauranteed to creep you out 100%... if you can hear it. it's pretty quiet. But, doesn't that make it scarier?I help with whatever I can but, noone is good enough to help with everything.

Infinite orbs
During the Challenge of Atlas after you cross the bridge and pass the saw room, there will be an enemy at the bottom of the tower. Don't kill him, just go to the ladder near the wall. Position yourself so that you are between the enemy and the ladder. Use the square, square, triangle combo to take him out. Make sure you kill the enemy above the ladder. Once you kill it, it should hit the ground, then bounce back up getting caught in this bounce. If done correctly, it will continually release red orbs. Once you get the glitch going, just stand there for about 10 minutes. You will get the max amount of orbs, 199 full red bars which is 59,700 orbs.

Destroy the Ares and Minotaur statues in the throne room at Olympus (use Lance of the Furies: L1+Circle). The secret message is a scrambled telephone number, just read it from left to right to figure it out... it should be pretty obvious. Call the number to get a pre-recorded message describing how cool you are (or aren't).
Sex Mini-game
In the Beginning of Act 2, there are 2 women in your bed when you are inside your ship. If you jump on the bed, A circle will appear above the bed, indicating a Mini-game. Press Circle, and the game will start. All you see is the vase, but as you get further, the vase will shake more and more, until it falls and breaks. you have to press the buttons as it commands it. closer to the end, you have to rotate the Left Analog Stick. If you win, the first time, you get a large amount of Red orbs. Everytime afterwards, you get 5 more.
Surrender Kratos Message
Outside the Temple of the Oracle, in the area with the Gravedigger. Look on the left ledge near a red orb chest, there should be a small firefly buzzing around, Press R2 near it. Now quickly run to where the Gravedigger is and stand on top of the highest mound of dirt, Press R2 again. Finally, run south across the bridge and stand between the two torches and press R2 one more time. If done correctly the words "Surrender Kratos" will be written in the night sky in cursive
I am here to help with the final part where you have to defeat Ares. When you open Pandora's Box and get big you have to give everything you got on Ares. the most effective move i've found is the whirling blades thing where you spin at an angle (i believe its R1,Square,and Right) do that a few times along with the magic thing you have equipped. That will get you to where you have to fight evil look-alikes of Kratos and save your family. when the guy on the rock appears and is throwing lightning bolts, use army of hades a few times and try to get close to the guy when you do for maximum effect(because its hard to get on the rock with him)Finally when you get back outside of Ares i found that an all out assult hitting him as many times as possible in a row will get him weaker quicker. I do hope that this will help any1 stuck on the final level.
