easy win:
choose a side to play on.Then, during gameplay ,press start and choose "select sides".move your controller under the opp's side and resume gameplay.then,scores as many own goals then swiitch back to your side and it will count.

A TRUE CHEAT
To train more with the same ammount of points...
Example:
Say, you've got 4000 points to spend on training your players. In your team, you've got Portillo (rated 70) and Ronaldo (rated 98).
First train Portillo in the 3 different ways you want. This will cost you '250', '300' and '350', a total of 900 points. Leaving you with 3100 points.
Now select Ronaldo. Normally training him the same 3 different ways would cost you 6650 points ('2000', '2250' and '2400'), but you've only got 3100 left...
By pushing the 'X' button and IMMEDIATELY pressing to right or left a couple of times will make you be able to do it anyhow!
After doing this (in a second), his trainingprogram will come up, and you'll see he'll traing 3 different things, even if your money was just enough for only the 1st training.
This cheat'll work on any team, league, player you like.

Go to options on the main menu and go to player swap. Select a team you want to become the best and swap your rubbish players for good players from other teams!
