To fill all of your motives you have to unlock the cheat gnome, which is
R1, L1, Dpad Down, Square, R2
And then you have to enter this:
R2, Dpad Up, X, Square, L1
And then you have to find the gnome guy (he's dressed as a pirate kinda) and then click on him, click max, and click fill all motives

1.Start the "Sims 2 Castaway" and go to Fashion and Grooming on the Pause Menu.

3.Unlock the Exclusive Vest and Tank Top and Your Sims Can Wear Them!
