When fighting the Vizier, start by using Haste (R1+L1) on his first clone, then use Yukiko's code (L3 + O, O, X, Square, Square, X, Triangle, Triangle) when the clone is gone. Do that until. he starts coughing a lot, then hit him. After the cutscene hit him 3 times.
