Infinite run: To continue to run at a fast pace without fatigue, just tap X instead of holding it down. This helps when trying to give your character "exercise" so that he can run for longer periods of time as well.

Get to Staunton Island quickly: To get across the bridge that isn't finishedwithout doing a mission, turn on Dodo mode (see above) and jump and pull up. The best car to do it with is the Ferrari.
