When you are in the asylum and have to find a tranquilizer for Sark, you're told there's a medical station that might have one. It doesn't have anything, instead you go into the room that Sark supposdly went into. You will find a doctor with a needle. Don't get knocked down or she will stab you with it, instead knock her out. Then go out of the door and follow the DNA scanner to find Sark. When he is knoecked down, a sign will say press o to stab him with a needle. After you do that, you can find a wheelchair from the room you found the tranquilizer with.

Embassy: When you get to the basement, in order to enter beyond the metal fence, sneak across when guards are in a certain rotation and push a button on a computer; when avoiding guards, run across and jump up on the big boxy thing and jump up again to grab the moving boxy thing and hang on as it takes you to the other side of the fence.
Later, to set off fire alarms, hit the attack button when standing in front of it.
Nightclub: I've gotten the key card in a room with lots of suitcases but the door immediately closes and gas starts coming in and I can't find a way out, hard as I try. They don't give her any time to rush out. Any clues?
