Nightcrawler Danger Room
At the Cerebro Files Menu Screen, enter UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT.
Wolverine's Danger Room
Go to Cerebro and enter DOWN,DOWN,UP,UP,RIGHT,LEFT,RIGHT,LEFT
