go to hawii and go onto the top of the hotel via the elevator, go to the end with the long bowl. Stand facing the ramp down to the street and go over the edge while holding R2. You should acid drop into the street below and then near the top spine transfer onto the second building again spine trasfer and do the last one in the series, go back to the top of the hotel and repeat 10 times, if you stand on the top of the hotel for 2 minuets press X then triangle, you should now have unlock the flying cheat, this will enable the charcater you have chosen to fly if you hold down X.
