You can get into the Insomniac museum if you set your PS2 system configuration to 3:00 AM then go to metropolis and go to the teliporter. It will take you to a cool place with demos and stuff

At Metropolis, go into the first building and break the west (left) window and jump across the gap. Break the next left window to that building. There should be a teleporter pad ting that says "out of order, please come again," or something. Come back at 3-4 AM and u can get to the Insomniac museum.
HINT- if u dont wanna wait, set the PS2 internal claock to that time.
