2003-12-18 Glitches
This can only be used after you have the Haloguise, Taunter, and Bolt Grabber. Go to Blackwater City, and go to where you enter the race. Before you enter, equip the Haloguise, then press triangle to enter the race. Go to the jump with all the boxes stacked high overhead. Equip the Taunter, and tape down circle. Bolts will then fall from the sky. WARNING: This can only be done once, so get as much as possible!

When you have the hover pack, equip it and hover by double tapping R1. Then, while you're hovering, pause and change your pack to the heli pack. If done correctly, ratchet will still be hovering without a pack! P.S. ratchet will stay like this until you enter something, swing your wrench, or jump.
