Actually AJ, that isn't always the case. Try facing the A.I.'s (COM.) on the hard difficulty. They tend to use short bursts throughout the whole drag race (or most of it in the beginning). This helps obtain a faster speed a lot quicker than if you used it all at the end. So it's basically like this:

Using nitrous in the beginning of the races helps reach faster speeds quicker and helps maintain a fast pace throughout the whole race. Not using nitrous at the start and waiting until the end takes longer to reach faster speeds and fails to maintain a fast pace throughout the whole race.

Conclusion: Albeit using NOS at the end to try and catch up, it just won't happen. Your opponent is too far ahead to catch up to and beat.

This game is awsome.In going underground choose the 350z and costumize it to full speed.On drag racing pick the 350z,if your car is faster than your racing buds come in first place not passed the finish line.Use your nitous at the very end of the race before the finish line to win.If that works you should win the race.

I dont know where to get my vinyls from the main menu because i thought the vinyls should be in Visual,Accessories.
