yo make sure ur star level is up all the way and u have run all ur outruns( free roaming cars u can race) also find all ur hiddin races and if none of that works goto ur garage on the map and enter it, then hit ur map in ur garage and ull see all the courses u might have missed, hope i helped i know how hard this game can be at times,
