look if you want to get everything at once just press up, up ,up ,up left right left right x(2) square(6) and R1,L1,L2,R1, L3,R3, down down left right up


and also if you want to destroy a base in the most lethal way possible put in the mafia store items cheat( if the one above doesnt work for you) and go to air strikes, buy one of the bombardments III the one with a cannon picture and throw the smoke and kepp on doing that until all thats left of the base is heli's, jeeps and, half dead civilians, just dont do this in the chinese and allied bases until you have about $50,000,000, its hard work but hey it pays off just dont die in the end
