On the last mission you need to kill sam because he told salieri to kill paulie for robbing the bank and now sam will try to kill you but it is a hard mission so the gun you will need to keep out the whole time is your tommy gun and after you kill sam you completed the game so the ending movieis sad because you die anyway when you have grey hair. You die by getting shot with a shotgun then there will be the credits at the end.
